How to transfer Autotext (aka Building Blocks) in Word 2007 and later

If a client is using customised Autotext features (aka Building Blocks) the transfer from one PC to another (or pre-post build) is more straight forward than some web sites suggest. It is NOT now help within the normal.dot but in a folder called Document Building Blocks.

This can be found in C:\\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\microsoft\Document Building Blocks

Copy the whole directory from the old system to the new (or from the pre rebuild backup) and the customised Autotext settings should now work.
